She lied and claimed I didn’t make my June payment — even though I had proof — and let our policy get canceled instead of helping. We’ve been loyal Allstate customers for over 2 years with bundled auto and homeowners insurance, and she still refused to work with us. We called Allstate directly and got a better deal in minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid Angie at all costs.
- WCwalter chamblissAug 1, 20251.0If I could give this insurance agent a 0 star I would. The company slogan is "your in good hands with Allstate" and Angie does not believe so. She has been my insurance agent for 2 years with 2 cars AND homeowners. I had auto pay for those 2 years no problem. I get injury at work and had to pay via credit card(this company doesn't like not paying out of your bank account) for 1 month and they take my discounts away and cancel my policy. When i send her an email about it sherewards me by sending me quotes over $100 more than what I just had. No discounts..... Good hands, you won't find em here
