- PPPJ PatelFeb 6, 20261.0Not a good experience at all. After the initial contact for the first policy, I never heard back from anyone at the Connor Hardin agency. My emails invariably went unanswered for a long time, and I had to follow up with a phone call. I was told that "sometimes emails are missed, so its better to call"!! The agency did not show any interest in keeping my business. They are only interested in taking their commission and not at all interested in providing any kind of service for your insurance policy. I will not recommend this agency to anyone.
