The corporate office was sending out incomprehensible, nonsense notices, and she then found out that coverage for my car had not been reinstated after I returned from 6 mos. This was not the agency's fault; they had made the proper changes but corporate dropped the ball ---and my insurance. She immediately went to work correcting all issues, and I was grateful for her obvious competency. And I'm no longer driving an uninsured car, as I had been for the past 2 months.
