- MCmaoli changFeb 17, 20265.0I had two accident, one minor , the other one is pretty bad. I filed two claims. The claim process is very smooth and everything can be done on the allstate app. The initial inspection is done virtually. and I got a check for it. While the car is in the repair shop which works directly with allstate for the supplementals. All is handled professional, and i was not involved. It took about 2 weeks to settle all the repair cost. I paid two deductibles. all in all , it is a very good experience.
