  This is in no way to reflect on Ashley Hines business. Our agent is amazing at helping me find little things we can do to lower our premium. So there are no complaints as far as that office is concerned.This is Allstate in general! The actual company itself. It’s always the same thing with Allstate. A few years ago we had to sue Allstate for a service that we pay for monthly. We have for quite some time. Uninsured/uninsured motorist. We have $100,000 policy with Allstate. They didn’t wanna pay. Therefore we had to sue, at that point we only got $2500! Now I’m just trying to get a reimbursement check of $100 when we had a car towed December 2025. Having a problem getting that check. But they have no problem at all withdrawing that money from my account every month! So they will take your money, but they sure don’t like giving it up.

  Bad customer service. My questions never answered the rep didn't have a clue I will never use allstate again

  Won't be coming back to allstate ... Clearly over charged me for a entire 4 weeks of insurance that was backdated on 01/01 when I called on 01/31 for the first time to add the insurance and then gave me the run around for 2 months and never got me a refund.

  I had a great experience working with Allstate- Ashley Hines' agency. Shoutout to Alyce- She is knowledgeable, responsive, takes the time to answer all my questions and explain my options clearly. Not only did I receive great customer service, but Dinora also went above and beyond to help my Mom get a great rate for her homeowners and car insurance coverage. A pleasant experience for both of us! (side note- if you are unhappy with the rates that seems to be a national issue and not determined by an individual agency)

  Had insurance with them for 2 years. Terrible customer service. Won’t answer phone and won’t call back. Won’t answer questions in emails. Hopefully you won’t have to do a claim with these people because you will probably be left out to dry. Rates were also about 30% higher than other insurers.
