- MJMR JackNov 16, 20251.0Had insurance with them for 2 years. Terrible customer service. Won’t answer phone and won’t call back. Won’t answer questions in emails. Hopefully you won’t have to do a claim with these people because you will probably be left out to dry. Rates were also about 30% higher than other insurers.
