  Monique Wallace did a fantastic job of going over my auto insurance policy with me. She explained many of the benefits the new platform was providing policyholders. She was able to get me a nice discount on my policy. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends in need of insurance

  Called to check if an accident claim with all state impact my premium when the other party has accepted liability as it was their driver's fault. belinda confirmed our premium should not get impacted if I file a first-party claim with Allstate as we were not at fault.

  Let me say that Allstate is a great company to be with. Yes, it is a little more expensive but every interaction that I’ve had with any of their agents has been very professional and courteous. That being said, I recently had a first rate conversation with Dillon. I had a question regarding the filing of a claim. Dillon gave a good, detailed explanation of the process. Thank you for being there for us. Keep up the great work.
