Later I checked my app and there's a pending charge for 2x the normal rate. I called the local office and they promised to come back to me with an answer. Agents never called back knowing the charge is programmed to get drafted the next day. I called the local office, but they no longer answered by neither call or text. This is how you lose clients in this broad market.
