- ACArt CamachoApr 19, 20212.0I believe the intent was not to renew my home insurance because I had made a claim for a roof fix but did not execute it. Nevertheless, I was never sent a renewal quote or sent any email regarding my home renewal. They just posted a cancellation date on the renewal date. No attempt from them to me to renew. You are the their best customer right up to the point where you file a claim. From that point, not necessarily a cancellation but no renewal. Typical insurance company; blacklisted after filing a claim. In my case a $1,700 roof leak. Did not pursue because deductible was too high. Understand that part but was still treated like I had Covid after that. No renewal quote and no renewal.
