- RHR HJan 23, 20261.0Rene was quick to get me a policy but after that he was essentially unreachable. Calls and emails were never returned. I felt more like a mark than a customer in this relationship. My rates then increased greatly for the renew without any contract. I had to call the corporate headquarters customer service to get any movement on anything here. My experience was disappointing to say the least.

I was able to work with Rene and his team to obtain insurance that Saturday, it was quick and painless. I obtained better coverage for less money in the process. I'd highly recommend Rene and his Allstate team, they are true professionals.

He sent me a confirmation email showing termination of coverage, but he didn't cancel the policy and never followed up with me. A month later I noticed I was paying for 2 home and 2 auto policies. I had to go through AllState to cancel Rene's policy.
