  My Husband and I have been working with Marc Hernandez for 2 years now and we are pleased with our service. Anytime we had questions or concerns about our policies he has been available to assist us. We have no complaints as we understand that the insurance market fluctuates and it’s no fault of the agents as rates rise. We’ve only had to file one claim and Marc made the process easy for us. When we first came to Marc he took the time to educate us and made sure we understood what we were signing up for. We are grateful to have such a dedicated agent on our side.

  Called on Dec 22 to cancel auto policy and was told it would be done. Few days later my CC was charged. I called again and advised it would be canceled and refunded. Jan 2 I saw policy was canceled Jan 01 and not Dec 22 like I had requested. I called again on Jan 2 and was told it would be fixed and someone would call me. Today is Jan 9 and it has not been fixed or has the money been refunded.
