I was only shopping around for the best price for my vehicles at the time I made the inquiry to Maria Jackson’s agency when I had the pleasure of speaking with Sofia. I knew immediately from her helpful tone and willingness to listen to what I was looking for this was going to be a great customer experience and IT WAS! So much so that I moved both my auto and homeowners insurance to Allstate!! I provided her the information she requested and she was able to drill down a line by line comparison on what I was paying vs what I would be paying and it was significant! I know I asked a ton of questions but that did not deter Sofia from being a professional and answer all questions with proficiency! I am glad I made the switch and have been happy with my decision!
