  I recently completed a closing with Upward Title, and Anne and Katelynn did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The buyer ended up closing early—right at year‑end and in the middle of the holidays—and one key individual on the deal was even working while on vacation. Despite the timing challenges, the Upward team pivoted quickly and got the transaction closed one full week ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the hard work, communication, and professionalism from everyone involved. Looking forward to working with Upward Title again.

  Just completed my second closing with Upward Title, and once again they delivered. Katelynn Cluster is phenomenal—responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. Lauren Lugo was on top of every detail and even went the extra mile by driving out to the property to close with both buyers and sellers. My sellers loved her! Smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend and will absolutely work with them again.

She entrusts her fantastic assistant, Jessica Ellis, to do her job and provide an exceptional experience for all parties involved in closing some really tough transactions. Beyond the closing table, their marketing guru, Katelynn Custer, is diligently working to support the team with phenomenal support and client services.   I would not recommend Upward Title Company. Their People are lovely. When it’s the end of the year, slow getting things done. I had to pay my attorney twice to file papers to try to speed up the process. They did not know ! their buyer was needing to close before the end of the year for a 1031 Exchange! We finally Closed the last day of December but was told it’s not necessary to pay Capital Gains until April 15th. Which would have cost a penalty with the IRS. Must be paid in the Same Year.

  I have closed with Lauren multiple times, she is always friendly and very responsive. I have also met with their marketing rep Katelynn. All the staff is very helpful.
