  We have never had a problem with them just wish insurance was cheaper fir as many many years we've been with them and our age you would think we could get insurance alot cheaper wish we could maybe ya'll can make changes on people who have been with your company that long and has home and several vehicles insured you would think they would have some reconsideration. I would like to see some changes on that. Never been late on payments either. 🤔

  Competitive rates. Almost zero help when you actually NEED to use your insurance. Typical response with questions about coverage or claims assistance is: I don’t know you’ll have to read your policy OR call the 1-800 number…. Will be leaving upon finalization of this claim.
