I would like to see some changes on that. Never been late on payments either. 🤔

They switched my adjuster every few days, they kept asking me the safe things over and over and ultimately made me pay my deductible when I was hit by a Uhaul despite my car being parked and witnesses at the scene. They basically said it wasn't worth their time to pursue litigation easier to have me pay my deductible.
