  Rene was quick to get me a policy but after that he was essentially unreachable. Calls and emails were never returned. I felt more like a mark than a customer in this relationship. My rates then increased greatly for the renew without any contract. I had to call the corporate headquarters customer service to get any movement on anything here. My experience was disappointing to say the least.

  Rene and his team were awesome to work with. My former insurance company dropped the ball and left me without coverage going into the weekend in the middle of hail season. I was able to work with Rene and his team to obtain insurance that Saturday, it was quick and painless. I obtained better coverage for less money in the process. I'd highly recommend Rene and his Allstate team, they are true professionals.

  On 11/08 I gave Rene notice to cancel my auto and home policy. He sent me a confirmation email showing termination of coverage, but he didn't cancel the policy and never followed up with me. A month later I noticed I was paying for 2 home and 2 auto policies. I had to go through AllState to cancel Rene's policy.

  I drive very little, and I was introduced to miles wise. It is a great savings if you don't drive a lot. Rene was the only agent that told me about the great savings, and I talked to many different insurance companies.
