  Called on Dec 22 to cancel auto policy and was told it would be done. Few days later my CC was charged. I called again and advised it would be canceled and refunded. Jan 2 I saw policy was canceled Jan 01 and not Dec 22 like I had requested. I called again on Jan 2 and was told it would be fixed and someone would call me. Today is Jan 9 and it has not been fixed or has the money been refunded.

  My name is Sara I just switched to Allstate with Marco. He also helped me find RV insurance with their sister company. I had such a pleasant experience with this switch thanks to Marco‘s help. I’ve never felt so confident that I was making the right decision. He was so insightful and I was never lost in translation.   Myra and her team found the best price on insurance for our new home. They went above and beyond and even let us know about an open claim on the roof. Had we not been told we would have had to pay 14k out of pocket for a new one since it would have been pre existing. The previous owners filed with their insurance and pocketed the money. Since we were aware, thanks to Myra, we were able to get them to fix the roof before closing.
