I called state farm after being so frustrated with my cut rate insurance,. A young lady by the name of Nadia answered she took the time to explain all different options in coverages and why my insurance was so inadequate. Nadia was very patient and well spoken as I kept asking some of the same questions over & over . She was never pushy or trying to make a hard sale,even sending me quotes and allowing me to think it over & discuss with my wife. the next day ,Due to her well informed, we'll spoken and patient nature , I ended signing up with her for auto insurance, and I transferred over my home owners as well even though I had just renewed 2months ago with another agency. I figured if a company is smart enough to keep a person like her in their employ ,then that is a company that I want to be a customer of & deserves my business.
