- MAMariana ArandaSep 5, 20221.0Iv been with Allstate for about a decade. After recently going through a financial crisis I realized I lapsed on 2 months of payment. My policy was forcefully cancelled , the only way I found out was by logging in to get my policy card… I wasn’t notified by phone, email or even mail.. As a long time customer I expected to at least have some sort of notification that I was uninsured as I have been driving without insurance for the last 2 weeks and had no clue. I had no idea my payments were even declined since it’s been a hectic last 2 months. I had to search through my transactions to get a confirmation. Disappointed to say the least and will be going with State Farm for a full bundle with my house and auto. Do not call me to try and keep my service since no attempt to contact me was made previously, just wanted to share my experience.
