  Had an unbelievable experience with this office, starting off with Ms. Kayla to Ms. Jackson herself. Talking about customer service and caring about the customer. Kayla was about to go into a meeting and told me once I brief her on the urgency of my matter on property home mortgage insurance. Between herself and Ms. Jackson, the heart, the patience, the various phone calls in 2 days, the emails, and the faith put into them both, never doubting neither, it was an honor to receive the customer service I did and my matter being attended as they were. Thenk you both so much for everything and making the difference in finding the numbers to make right for my mortgage insurance.

  We've experienced consistent and unexplained rate increases, leading to what feels like overcharging on both home and auto. What's most frustrating is that my mother, the policyholder, hasn't had any claims recently. A few years ago, she had one small auto claim in her entire 34 years with this agency, yet her rates suggest otherwise. On top of that, customer service has been consistently unhelpful. It's truly disappointing. I would provide no stars but Google requires at least one star. If anyone knows of a great insurance company that treats their customers well, please let me know.

  The Melinda Jackson agency was extremely good at explaining my auto insurance policy to me. I feel safe and secure driving around now. The policy was quick and easy to understand and obtain. Thank you for taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered.
