  I changed my homeowners, car, umbrella policy to Allstate. My first contact was Diane Rene. WOW she was so professional, knowledgeable and if she did not know she checked and got back with me, The change was so easy and I appreciate her helping me change insurance.

  I have been meaning to write this review for some time now and right now is the best time to write it. I was only shopping around for the best price for my vehicles at the time I made the inquiry to Maria Jackson’s agency when I had the pleasure of speaking with Sofia. I knew immediately from her helpful tone and willingness to listen to what I was looking for this was going to be a great customer experience and IT WAS! So much so that I moved both my auto and homeowners insurance to Allstate!! I provided her the information she requested and she was able to drill down a line by line comparison on what I was paying vs what I would be paying and it was significant! I know I asked a ton of questions but that did not deter Sofia from being a professional and answer all questions with proficiency! I am glad I made the switch and have been happy with my decision!
