Would even get a call or text to check-in on occasion. Not sure when, but I was automatically reassigned to this new agent, who has never contacted me. Changes made to policy w/out notice or conversation. Changes used to be able to be made within app, but recent updates have greatly limited accessibility and control of policy.

Allstate covers things that other carriers charge an awful lot of money, not Allstate. Always courteous and helpful. I have been in Customer Service all my working years and it matters how you treat your customers.
