When I called office Rebecca tried to charge me $600 more in my coverage because my insurance lapse. Then she was trying ti give me less coverage to make up for the $600. They called José Luis but I guess he never gave them a call back. So then they said they were going to try to reactivate my old account and that they will call me back but I never received a call back.
