  Most unprofessional, unhappy, and RUDE individual. She does not answer her phone within a timely or kind manner, and she has continuously bypassed my daughters concerns on her policy. Terrible agency and NOT to be trusted.

  As soon as she took over. My home and auto rates went through the roof. This coming auto renewal she added $200 to my 6 month premium for auto. No tickets or accidents or changes and have been with them for eight years. I went with a broker that shopped around and found A+ rated insurers for both of my policies and I will save $1,500 over the next year. Reason I was told in an email was groceries are more expensive. This is true but what does that have to do with my perfect diving record.

  I’ve not had the best experience with agents. I typically have to call the national number to get any help.
