  Direct Auto is a seedy company as evidenced by them requesting my sons info, whom had not lived in my home in over a year! THey threatened to cancel me by letter, never reached out via phone. When I contacted them I asked do you do this to ALL of your customers? They said it was their policy. I asked 3 other reputable insurance agencies and they said this was not their policy and they had never heard of this practice. When I reached out to direct auto, the guy on the phone was not the most forthcoming coming and hung up on me. When I called back, the next gentleman never asked my name and put me on hold. I was never given a manager to ask about this policy and I knew they were being “messy” as in making up stuff. When I questioned that is when I was being treated rudely. Why would they want all of my son’s info? That in itself is questionable. Be careful with these people they seem like they are trying to be to get personal info that is not needed. And then you have to ask, what would they do with the info of a young man that has a social security number that is legitimate and all of his other personal credentials? Makes me wonder 🤨🧐

  Working with Reagan was a downright pleasure. If I have any complaint it's about all auto insurance being so dam high. I'm hoping President Trump addresses it the way he's addressing a lot of over priced items like medications & auto ins. But since I have to have auto ins. I'm glad I called these guys. Give it a shot & make sure you ask for ALL the possible discounts you can get. Thanks, Reagan.....
