  Charles was a huge resource. He quoted me on my autos and three homes as well as an umbrella policy. Went the extra mile in explaining coverage options and pros and cons. Definitely recommend!

  I love the customer service that Rosie Valdez gives me every time I call. She is so helpful and wonderful. I always recommend Allstate because she does an amazing job. They have great discounts and its always easy and fast to get things done with them. If you are looking for great rates Allstate has them.

  My conversation with Mr. Charles Lochte was very enjoyable and informative. While going over a potential policy, he continued to not just list the factors of the policies, but inform what each one provides. Allowing me to ask questions and gain actual understanding of what was being offered. I’ve never had an interaction with an agent from any insurance company who genuinely cared about informing customers as much as getting business with them, and it was very appreciated. I will gladly comeback and do further business here!

  I met up with Charles Lochte to compare my current rates with USAA with Allstates rates. He was very thorough in the breakdown of homeowners and auto insurance coverage. He was also honest in informing me of what extra coverages we should consider just to ensure we were properly protected. When comparing the costs, Charles encouraged me to simply ask USAA how much our premiums will go up if we added the extra coverage that Charles quoted. He was not pushy in getting my business, but rather showed kindness and care for my family's needs and our costs. Even though we did not purchase insurance with Allstate at this time, we know if our needs change and our family could save money down the road we will go to Charles for any next steps needed! By the way, he's a great young man and must have an excellent mama who raised him!
