  We have 2 vehicles and a home insured with them, the car insurance policy we have was my husbands grandfathers and we have had it since 2007 so naturally when we bought our home we went with them. Our old agent had a forney office but i believe they closed so we were transferred to this one. We have a hard time getting ahold of them and in the last 2 years my policy for homeowners has almost doubled and no one called me either time it went up like they were supposed to and i just had a conversation with someone that works there and was told that she can see in her notes that we were not called either time because they are short staffed. So our homeowners went up without a word from them and in 2 years no one could give us a call. When i asked about a review she told me it would probably be best to shop around because there was a policy that could work but its not available in texas. As a company it is your job to keep your clients informed about any changes in policy or pricing.

  I had homeowners policy, and three different cars insured with this agency. Never once have they actually answered the phone when I’ve needed to speak with them. After you have signed up with them, you will never get a live person answering the phone again. You always get a recording where a computer voice ask you to state what it is you want. So you end up leaving a message and you never know if or when you will hear back from them. I have owned classic cars, all my life, and one of the three vehicles that I had insured with them was a classic car. There are not enough words for me to express how unfairly the payment was issued to me when my classic car was stolen from a valet parking lot at a hospital. I found the professionalism of every single person I spoke to at this company to be inadequate to say the least. The premiums I paid for all of my policies were higher than any other place and I never received good service or affair settlement on the few claims that I had to make. I would be leery of any good reviews. You read on here as they are most likely relatives or paid people.
