- JBJingle BelzFeb 16, 20263.0Nearly impossible to contact THE AGENT. Calls for existing policies are always forwarded to the 'service' que. Relatively annoying, when getting a call from someone claiming to be an employee, but one is unable to confirm. Standard service is acceptable. Setting up our policy was comparable to other agents. In conclusion: missing the "Personal Touch" one may expect to receive when hiring an agent vs online servers.
