    Whatever you do stay away from this agency. Sean Howey is very unprofessional, pompous, rude, and will argue with a pole. I love Allstate in general but have never been so happy to have switched agents. Do not waste your time here. Find someone that will actually appreciate you as a client and not be a pushy salesman. His quotes are much higher and he doesn’t contact you to let you know when you are up for renewal. I regret that he ever got commission from our policies all these years . .

    Steer clear of this agency!!! Contact a respectful agency like Goosehead instead. Just received a call from a car salesman here that gave me a quote $1,000 higher than the quote I received in the mail. The best part was he told me the current company I'm with is a "whole in the wall company." LOL Sean Howey knows how to pick them! No thanks!

    Had better service in early years when he was acquiring my business. Then, felt discarded in later years as my premiums crept up and up with zero claims over at least a decade, and I had questions about the huge increases. Sean would not call me to discuss options, although I requested a call multiple times. I looked around and got much more attentive service elsewhere and huge savings too. A shame to have to leave after being a customer for so long, but service and respect are still old fashioned values that are a sign of a good business, in my opinion.

    Although we have not had to file a claim yet, thank goodness. The staff at Sean Howey Allstate agency have been great to help answer our questions and address any concerns. Their response time has been good as well. I find the Allstate app very easy and convenient to use. Their prices are very competitive. I feel very comfortable recommending Sean Howey Allstate.
