  It was a really pleasant experience to work with Alliyah. She was friendly even considering that I’m not fluent in the English language. She was patient and always prompt to help with all of my questions.

  Spent half an hour or so with Roberto getting what I wanted in a homeowners/auto insurance bundle for the price I wanted. He was patient and knowledgeable. I’m glad to work with helpful employees who know what they’re doing.

  My agent, Alliyah was perfection. She was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. She knew my every need with homeowners and car insurance. And she was extremely efficient and precise. Did not take long for her to complete all necessary documents and processes. Before I talked to her, I spoke with several different companies and agents that totally and unessarly stressed me out in every way possible. I was on the phone for hours. I was very unhappy with their unprofessional capabilities, knowledge and attitudes. I wanted to call Allstate first, but other insurance companies were calling me first. Long story short, as soon as Alliyah picked up the phone, I knew this was the best company to be insured by. She was so pleasant and she knew what I needed before I asked. As a result, I know the statement is true, "You are in good hands with Allstate ".
