  Roberto at Allstate was extremely helpful! I reached out to their office to get a better quote and bundle my auto and home insurance. Roberto contacted me quickly, which I truly appreciated because I was ready to move away from my previous auto insurance company due to ongoing dissatisfaction. He explained the process very clearly and made sure I understood every detail of my policy. He also provided quotes for optional add-ons I may want to consider in the future, which was incredibly helpful. Everything was completed in just one day, and I didn’t have to spend hours on the phone. Roberto was very patient and ensured the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I’m very grateful for his assistance!

  Great experience with Allstate Patel Agency! The team was super friendly and took the time to explain my Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies in simple terms. I switched from AAA because Allstate gave me a better deal, more benefits, and amazing customer service. I’m really happy with the decision!

  Stay away from the Patel Insurance Agency! They may be a little cheaper but there is a huge reason why! I just had a claim denied for a roof. Allstate agreed that all of the rain gutters, the paint, the hoods etc…… were all damaged by hail. The only thing they said wasn’t damaged was the roof that they are all attached too! Every one of my neighbors had their roof replaced except mine. It turns out they knew to stay away from Patel Agency and Allstate. My agent didn’t even pick up the phone to help. There is a reason Allstate is so profitable, their business practice is to make filing a claim and getting it covered next to impossible even with over whelming evidence. Steer clear of the Patel Agency and Allstate. Your time, energy and money are better spent elsewhere. If you file a claim you won’t even get a call back let alone the most basic customer service. Keep shopping. They should hang a sign “Not to be trusted”
