  Rates keep going up with no claims filed. Just bought a new truck and payments went up over 175 pretty month. I'm retired and drive approximately 7,000 miles per year.

  Not happy with coverage. To make matters worse I specifically asked to have rental on my policy. I was given car allowance! That’s a first for me! But now I am out of pocket for rental! Not only that o have had the worst experience with filling a claim. My adjuster cannot seem to pick up the phone! So my truck is just sitting at the shop! So I am more money out of pocket paying for a rental! Call and call and no answer. Guess it’s my fault for trusting “ I was in good hands”

  My coworker and I (allstate employees) needed to stop by the office to get assistance with a customer and let me just say, the ladies that work in this office are absolutely the best!!! From the phone to the door, impeccable customer service. They’re so friendly and welcoming and helpful! I’d do business with them any day. Thank you all for your help today!   Hilary Williams Agency is very unprofessional. We have our homeowners insurance and our car insurance with them. When we got our homeowner insurance they messed up on our square footage and will not refund us our full amount back. They kept over a thousand dollars of our money & told us it was our fault for not making sure their underwriting team did their due diligence. They also allowed someone to commit insurance fraud on our policy. When they realize they were in the wrong they blocked us and will not talk with us. I am speechless and hurt that I trusted them because they state that you are in good hands but in reality you are not. I do see they have good reviews but I am pretty sure their customers have not realized yet that they are committing insurance fraud and taking their money. I would suggest anyone who has a policy with them to check your records and make sure they are not committing insurance fraud on you!

  I have my renters and life insurance with this agency. It was a very easy quote process, and the quote was very affordable.
