It’s rare these days to experience truly great customer service — especially the kind where you don’t dread having to call. Most of the time, it feels like getting a real person on the phone is harder than solving the issue itself.
Since switching to State Farm, that hasn’t been the case. When you call Brady Paxman’s office, a real person answers. No endless prompts. No runaround. You can handle your business quickly, efficiently, and with people who are consistently helpful and courteous.
