  I made a payment over the phone, at a rental car office...then couldn't get the rental car because my cards #'s weren't sufficient, so when I called aboutrefund, they said ok. 3 days ago. Still have not received my refund needed for food and gas for new car...i am losing time and stress over this a simple 74$ Only 1 representative would act like they expedited it. The rest gave me same excuses i will never ask for this again,

  At first I was a bit skeptical walking into Direct Auto Insurance. My past experiences with other insurance companies has made me extremely paranoid and most of the time the agents just seem like robots just trying to scam you out of your money. Linda Rodriguez made us feel so welcomed and safe. Her expertise was extremely helpful and guided us to make the right decision for our policy. Thank you Linda! 10/10

  Linda was the representative that helped me set up my vehicle insurance and made the process really easy. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to find me the best coverage.
