- ATAshley ThomasJun 28, 20241.0I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star!! I am a single mother and purchased a newly remodeled home! Lived in it for 1.5 yrs before I started having major issues with the house! I filed a claim and an adjuster was sent out in his Sunday best dressed! He basically placed a moisture meter on my floors and was GIVEN pictures of the possible issue that was causing my subfloors to ROT! I had to call to check the status of my claim and was straight up told NO that my insurance was not going to cover the problem! I asked why and they only said they don’t cover seepage! I personally called and spoke to Margie and asked if there was a way to send a more competent adjuster for a second opinion and she was not helpful at all and basically told me no they are not covering my damage! DO NOT use this company!
