Honestly the worst customer service that we have ever received especially from FILDRES FILO on the phone. She is so disrespectful and rude when there are issues on their end. We were sent to collections without any notice of outstanding payment after not renewing our auto policy with Allstate. When we called Allstate stating that we will not be renewing our policy, we were not told that there was an outstanding balance until 7 months later when we received a letter from collections which we paid in full immediately. Now 1 year later when we are looking to purchase a home, this $200 collections record is making it difficult to get a good interest rate. Mind you this $200 charge should have never been sent to collections because if we knew that we owed $200 we would have paid it right away. I hope no one makes the wrong choice by going with this agency because they truly do not care and will not take care of you. I would give this 0 stars but unfortunately I do not have that option. Please save yourself and go with another agency that will honestly take care of your insurance needs and care for their customers.
