  How do I start, well as for my uncle he has been a loyal 50 year client of Allstate not sure you have many of those.... Our interface with Allstate started when a contractor that we had over doing some home repairs asked if we had our roof looked at and we told him that it had been somewhere between 8 and 12 years since he had his roof replaced... the contractor looked and the roof and explained that in fact there were issue/damage from hail present.... After contacting Allstate your company sent a third party inspector over and the results from that inspection told Allstate that the roof was fine except for 12 shingles.... after contacting Allstate asking for a second opinion we never were able to get with the agent to have that task done... Our contractor also reached out to our agent and discussed the condition of our roof with them... The finding that the agent told me was that only a few shingle had hail damage and the that the vent covers were also damaged... but this did not warrant the roof being replaced... In my opinion how do you get hail damage on a few shingle and vent covers with out the rest of the roof not seeing the same damage... In my opinion which is the opinion that will ultimately count is that my uncle will cancel his insurance policy of over 50 years with your company because Allstate tried to screw over an old retired man... It's just to bad that Allstate chose profit over doing what was wright for there clients. Good luck you will need it with this type of work ethics.... your little chart above does not have any minus stars which is what i would give Allstate.
