  I was with Allstate for a few years now. just a few days ago without updating me with no letter no agents trying to reach out to me they just canceled my policy , Prior to the cancellation I kept emailing for someone to give me a call back. I have tried to call the office and call center time and time again no one could not give me answers I’ve been on auto pay and every time they’ve tried to draft out the payment for some reason they return the payment and take it again so it cused some conflict with the funds in my bank so I’ve had to call and make the payment over the phone and doing so. I was not notified of a $25 return check fee but I did ask customer service. Is there any fees that need to be paid the gentleman I spoke with said no and you will see a discount on your next bill , Once again within the same month, waiting for my policy to be auto drafted and it did not draft out of my bank, also they took me out of auto pay , so once again I called back to make a payment, with no notification No Letters no calls no emails they have canceled my policy For a return check fee that Allstate says I did not pay. I have tried to contact. My agent, Mr. Monsour, Karimi, and there was no response so my account with Allstate has been closed With no prior knowledge The funny part is I have asked them if they have tried to contact me or send a letter Allstate response was that they sent A notification of cancellation out on August 2 which was the day I spoke with them , Prior I used to think that Allstate was a very good company, but I have truly seen They are not a great company at all. They do not care about their customers they have poor Communication skills. Thank you for wasting my time. I do not recommend Allstate and the rates never stay the same.

  I've been with this company for 24 years. It recently changed owners, but I've been getting the same service, so we're happy. Karen always cheerfully helps me with all my questions and adds policies over the phone.

  Offered very competitive and reasonable insurance package. He has been my agent for about 10 years. Always prompt on calling back. Excellent service during the reimbursement process for the roof replacement 2 years ago.
