  Very attentive to my needs. Homeowners insurance more reasonable than other companies but auto insurance cost is high.

  They are crazy expensive when compared to other Allstate agents. Even worse is their customer service is very rude. When I called them to ask a reason for the increase, instead of giving any explanation their representative rudely said to go for other company. This is after I have been with them for 3+ years. Allstate is good but try to go for an agent which has better service or if they have an improved service.
