  I had my car and my house with them but Jerry's customer service is horrible. He yells and is loud when he talks to you. Also, he does not listen or care about what the customer is telling him. I called to cancel my house, and car insurance with them 3 times I informed then of the date and he put a date that makes me owe Allestate. He did that on purpose and I have heard he has done that in the past with other customers. Do the right thing always, and be honest. This was not right. I recommend not using this office. Jerry please pull the tape. I know all calls need to be recorded and see what you actually said to a customer. This is inaccurate information and you are lying. Also I called to see if Allstate is going to send me my check for my house, and found out about what you did. I wouldn't even know if I didn't. You have done that two other customers that I know of. This is not a mistake. You also told me in your own words, " it doesn't matter couple of dollars" you did not want to fix it. Please pull that tape up i would love to hear it again. A agent office or anyone that works for a company or owns it apologizes for their mistake. You never did that either. Please be honest, because at the end of the day my friend we all are going to die sooner or later. I believe in God and Karma.

  There is no question why this agent has all 5 Star Reviews. She is beyond amazing! Mrs. Kima Evans is more than an Allstate agent, she is your friend, your support system, your guidance counselor, your financial advisor, and your insurance mother all in one! I have been with several different insurance agencies in the past few years. I must say, this is the first agency where I felt so warm and welcomed by the agent. She took her time to explain everything to me, and then patiently assisted me in getting the coverage that was best for my budget. Not only does Allstate have the best agents, but the benefits to their programs are so rewarding. I purchased auto insurance and renter's insurance with the company, signed up for their DriveWise program, and a few months later, I received a check in the mail...for my good driving! It was a pleasant surprise. I have been completely satisfied with the service that I have received from Mrs. Evans. She is truly a gem in this company, and her light continues to shine bright with all her clients. I will be the first to recommend Ms. Evans and Allstate for all your insurance needs! :)
