- MMMichael MorenoNov 17, 20251.0I just received a mailer from this agency that included a photo of my actual house without my permission. The letter tries to guess my insurance details and uses scare tactics to imply my current policy is about to change, which is not true. It feels intrusive, misleading, and downright creepy. If a company needs to resort to grabbing images of people’s homes to drum up business, that says enough about their practices. Not a professional way to earn trust. Would not recommend.
