  I called around 11pm-12 am requesting roadside assistance. I tried to speak to someone for the longest time in spanish and no response. why do u have a spanish option if no one its gonna help. So I had no option by use the English language. Finally i get to speak with someone and The person that was taking my informacion was rude. Asking for specific address ( i understand , it's for better service) so am explaining myself that my husband its literally on the highway so, he kinda knows where he is but it was really dark, and hard to provide with exact location. So, this person keeps being rude saying " I don't know what are you taking about, " "just give Me the address " also , she was just like deep breathing ,and yawning ,like she was tired of me . Finally she trasfer my call to roadside assistant. And finally, my call was done. 30 mnts passed , I called again to ask about the status of my request and as per the assistant " they can't find a provider that can help me " . Another 30 mts passed ,called again and same thing. At this point, my husband calls me his already tired and stressed out and also, police is stopping by . Of course since it's really dark, it's late, and it's a dangerous spot he couldn't be there, so police was parked there with him waiting for him to move and asking him questions like "how long is the insurance gonna take " " u can't be here", it's dangerous " etc. 2 hrs and 45 mnts passed, and roadside assistance never arrived . Police end up helping my husband taking him to the gas station, come back , and guess what, not only he had no gas, now no battery, since he was with the blinkers on for so long. He end up calling a friend to help and arrived home really late. Worst thing could've happened to him, waiting there for so long. Not only that, I called following day to complain and the manager of the roadside assistance said to me " am so sorry, call your insurance ". My insurance said sorry complain to roadside assistant. I understand the service pertains to third parties but still. I hope I get some type compensation or something , because I am paying almost 300 dlls monthly for a service that I suppose to get right away .
