Eric was so nice and calm educating on the changes happening with my policy. Due to the changes my account changed systems. Eric recommended I wait to make my payment so it does now show as if I was making a late payment. She said she would follow up 2 days later. As she stated she did contact me about the billing and it is ready to be completed . Erica was effective it their guidance as well as their customer service, empathy, and overall professional kind demeanor. I am so glad i spoke with her I think she needs a raise if not more vacation time. I would say an extra month would be enough. đ
