Spoke with Erica about my policy at StateFarm. This call was because my new card was not charged for payment. Eric was so nice and calm educating on the changes happening with my policy. Due to the changes my account changed systems. Eric recommended I wait to make my payment so it does now show as if I was making a late payment. She said she would follow up 2 days later. As she stated she did contact me about the billing and it is ready to be completed . Erica was effective it their guidance as well as their customer service, empathy, and overall professional kind demeanor. I am so glad i spoke with her I think she needs a raise if not more vacation time. I would say an extra month would be enough. đ
