- OMOmar MirandaOct 27, 20251.0Bad Service - I don’t recomended I am disappointed with this insurance agency. They contacted me two months ago to renew my policy. We did all the paperwork over the phone via email, and today I was surprised that they didn't want to continue. If I hadn't called to find out the status, I would never have found out that my house was without a policy. What poor service, what a lack of professionalism. This agency really needs to update its customer service. Imagine where an accident would have happened in my house without insurance, what irresponsibility.
