- TBT BMay 19, 20241.0El agente no se da cuenta que en esta oficina ,hay mucha negligencia,y estoy demasiado en desacuerdo con lo poco profesional con algunas personas que trabajan alli, empezando con la manejadora, fue una persona muy ruda y despota para hablarte, tambien la mujer enfrente, Sandra creo que es el nombre, siempre te habla despota y ruda, como si esta todo el tiempo enojada, le pregunte por unos cargos que me hisieron y le estoy mostrando las pruevas, y ellas sigen negando que fue asi... en vez de ponerse a investigar porque cobraron ese dinero... No , y me dejaron esperando mas de una hora , para despues salir y decir que no me pueden ayudar... tuve que llamar para corporation y someter una investigacion.y quejarme de el trato de esta agencia.

We have been with Allstate for over 20 years but ever since we found this location we have not returned to our original agents office.... As a matter of fact a few months ago we called our old agent to add a new car and after that was done.... We had to call Alice to have her correct their major mistake. They added the new car with liability only and put the full coverage on an already existing vehicle that had always been liability... Thank You Sean Mertz for having such an amazing crew!!!
