  We recently switched our insurance for our home and auto to Allstate and although we have only been here a short 6 months, we have been thoroughly impressed with not only the professionalism, but also the quick responsiveness of any questions or concerns we have had. Megan Hogan was very courteous and helpful in the process of quoting our policies for us as we had quite a few questions about how certain things were covered after just suffering a loss from a recent Hurricane. She took her time, was abundantly patient and never made us feel like a burden. She demonstrated true compassion and genuine concern of our needs and wants to make sure we were covered appropriately. I also work in customer service and can truly say that she and the rest of the staff at the Mallory Ramirez office are all friendly and always willing to offer help. If you are contemplating switching insurance companies, give Megan a call; you won’t be disappointed!
