  Few places offer the great service that this agency does. The staff there is amazing and answered all of my questions. Mr. Roberts is knowledgeable and customized my needs to make sure I had everything necessary. You should without a doubt call him for any insurance needs!

  Only there to sell insurance. Doesn't care if you have trouble with a claim or anything else. Having issues with Allstate flood claim. Told Roberts Agency I was getting the run around. Roberts Agency said they will have claims advocate call me the next day. Next day no one called so I informed Roberts agency who has also not responded for days. Allstate sent me documents with another claimants information. How much she was being paid etc! This claim was from the end of June, its now October and I can't get resolution. The flood from Harvey...another horrible story. Adjuster came out 2x. Then I get a call that adjuster has changed and we need to start process all over again. So again I had to meet adjuster which inspection takes hour and a half while I was sick because of their internal issues. Allstate is not about customer service, if they were I wouldn't have an open claim from June and I wouldn't need to show an adjuster the same house 3x. This is just a brief description of my nightmare.
