  I wish I can give this place 0 stars ash is a scammer he and his low life workers charged me for a whole month of a policy that was canceled for some reason and when I got in contact with him to give me my money back he never responded. I filed a claim with Allstate and still waiting on the results. He is a scammer I repeat he is a scammer. Photos attached below shows me reaching out to him saying he’s going to give me my money back but he never did and he never responded back. Plus when he started my claim he put renters insurance on my policy which I never asked for he said it’ll discount the price which was not true he also said to download an app to let them monitor your driving history. Which he later on said don’t download it I just did it to save you money. Which is a clear violation of Allstate work ethics. We will be in touch Ash and I will get my money back. Belive it.

  I called my agent to check something in my policy, I got answer from someone she not able to give me any information,also she keep saying I can’t do anything even if I want to schedule appointment with my agent and my agent isn’t in office all the time and I can’t get him if want to discuss with him for anything
