    I received a marketing piece in the mail from the Mericle agency and thought, "another piece of junk mail". Not sure why, but I actually called to check insurance pricing against my current State Farm policy. Spoke to John and he was very professional and very patient, answering multiple questions during several conversations. We eventually worked through all the questions and agreed upon a home and auto plan that will save my family approximately $1700 in 2026. Unfortunately, we live in a time where we must shop our insurance on a regular basis to ensure we are getting the best deal. Thanks John, you were easy to work with and look forward to working with you in 2026. Thanks

    I am to sign an Esign document that 7 different calls from here to China and myself can Not locate AND I CSNT GET THROUGH TO MY OWN OFFICE TO TALK!!! chat sent a list of reasons that I'm not able to do without taking a class course!!! I needed to sign the document!! Why can't I get through to this office then they send multiple emails demanding demanding signature WITHOUT SENDING THE E-SIGN!! 9NLY BEING SENT ALL OVER THE WORLD TILL I GET THE ORIGINAL OPERATOR TTAT DON'T KNOW!!!

    Cicely at the Mericle Agency was excellent! She understood my homeowners insurance needs and was able to quickly set me up with a policy for the home I am in AND a policy for the home I am purchasing. I was planning to have to make numerous calls to set everything up and all it took was 1 call to do it all! Thx Cicely.
