  If you have to file a claim, Amanda is who you want in your corner; she’s amazing! My daughter’s car was recently hit by a deer (yep 😒), and unfortunately, it was a total loss. Amanda was there for our family through the whole process. She checked on my daughter’s wellbeing, walked us through all the steps in the claims process, thoroughly answered all of our questions, was very responsive, and really went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. Amanda, you are a rockstar, and you are so appreciated! Thank you, thank you! ♥️

  I want to express serious concerns regarding my recent experience with State Farm. Over time, the quality of service has rapidly declined. My policies have been mishandled, communication has been inconsistent, and the overall experience has caused significant frustration. At this point, I have strongly considered canceling my policies due to what I perceive as poor service, lack of accountability, and practices that feel misleading and disconnected from reality. The only reason I have remained a State Farm client is because of Amber Michalski. Amber has been the only person who has demonstrated real responsibility, professionalism, and genuine effort to resolve issues. She communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and treats clients with respect. Her work stands in sharp contrast to the overall decline I’ve experienced elsewhere within the company. If State Farm values customer retention and integrity, employees like Amber Michalski should be recognized as the standard—not the exception. Without her involvement, I would no longer be a client.
