I’ve been a loyal Allstate customer for years and have always had pleasant experiences until today. Unfortunately, my recent interaction was extremely disappointing. I called to add a new driver to my policy. Heather clearly needs more training on providing proper customer service. When I asked for the additional cost so I could pay the amount in full, she couldn’t give me an answer which is fine. I requested a call back the following business day, and instead of saying sure no problem, she went on about how Allstate is a multimillion-dollar company and she couldn’t guarantee anyone would call me back. Really?!?
This is unacceptable service. Loyal customers deserve respect, clear answers, and basic follow-through. It’s unfortunate that today’s experience didn’t reflect the quality I’ve always known from Allstate. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent others from having the same experience.

Heather Johnston with Allstate is the worst agent you can have. We did business with her by switching from our previous insurance agent. I am now paying double, she didn’t insure a couple of my properties -after saying she did- and when asked, her only answer is “I don’t know.” We also called to talk with Nicholas Morton three times and never answer!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Easy setup with Sandy who was friendly. Since signing up 6 months ago, my policy has increased by 15% with no change in coverage, change in my record, credit or location. I was told to lower my coverage and that I had unused discounts (I should not need to lower coverage and the discounts ended up not existing). No one has followed up, nick has never personally reached out to me, and I will be looking for new coverage elsewhere. Mr Morton here's the review you requested.
