  We recently got car insurance through Jay Slaughter: Allstate Insurance and saved over $3,000 annually! I’ve known Jay professionally for over 20 years and can personally attest to his excellence, integrity, and perseverance. If something can be done, Jay will make it happen. I also want to mention Larry, who works alongside Jay—he’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and provides top-notch service. Together, they make a fantastic team. Highly recommend Jay Slaughter and his Allstate office for anyone looking for great rates and outstanding customer care.

  Jay and his team were very responsive and professional. They turned my quote around quickly and advised me honestly. There was no pressure or aggressive sales pitch, just facts and guidance. While Allstate was not a fit for us at this time, we will definitely be reaching out to Jay at our next renewal.

  You are NOT in good hands with Allstate as advertised. I filed a claim for storm damage to my home and was not given fair consideration. Beware! Allstate advertises that you are in good hands and they want to get things back to normal as soon as possible, however , they refuse to provide fair consideration to your claim. It seems to me they just rubber stamp everything as DENIED shortly after a third party inspection of your home. The third party inspector took photos of my rood after a hail storm. He circled multiple hail strikes on each slope of my home. The adjuster came back in less than one business day stating the is no damage, only wear and tear. When I asked for a second inspection, I was told no. When I asked instructions on the appeals process for a denied claim, I could not get the information from the adjuster, my agent or the claims manager. The claims manager doesn’t listen either. When I explained the reason you can’t see collateral damage as I’ve made several home improvements this year, I was told there is no collateral damage, therefore they can see no damage to my roof. Due to the poor customer service, I will never consider insurance with Allstate again. It seems they are only in business to make money and not take care of their customers.
