  You are FIRED. I have had State Farm since I was 16 years old. In that span of time (47 years) I have NEVER had an agent unwilling or incapable of assisting me with a ongoing claims concern. Until now. Does this office think they don't need to be customer service oriented? If you are incapable of doing your job why would I give you my money? What's your relevance to me if you cannot offer solutions beyond "Call the claims people". If I wanted impersonal treatment I would have "The General" insurance. The ONLY benefit of an agent is problem solving when a claim filed has complications. You refused to help me with my complications. If you cannot manage that then you are pointless. Taking my money and doing absolutely nothing to advocate for me is NOT a business model I can work with. You're definitely fired.

  Jessie Mederos did a fantastic job today. I needed to have some modifications on my insurance and she made it as painless as possible. I wish customer service was always this friendly and professional! Give this lady a raise!!!!

  I have does business with quite a few insurance companies but nothing can compare to the quality of service I have received from Brooklyn here. It is like having a personal concierge guide you through any of your insurance needs. Happy to find my home here with State Farm and will be doing business with Brooklyn for a long time!

  Great people and great communication and even did everything they could for me when I was in a bind to make sure i didnt lose coverage... I would highly recommend this team and speak with Brooklyn she's the best and always finds a way to help me.. 10 out of 10 service everytime

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Brian Burklow – State Farm Insurance and especially Brooklyn Johnson at the Mont Belvieu location. Brooklyn went above and beyond helping us secure renters insurance for my mother, and the entire experience was smooth, reassuring, and honestly better than I could have hoped for. From start to finish, Brooklyn was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my mom truly understood her coverage. The biggest thing for me was the peace of mind this gave my mother—knowing she’s properly covered and taken care of is priceless. If you’re looking for an insurance team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend the Mont Belvieu State Farm office and specifically asking for Brooklyn Johnson.
