  Moved to Allstate about 5 months ago. Since the move, I keep learning about errors in documentation. Please confirm that your gender, marital status and any additional insurers are correct. Every time something is corrected on your auto policy, there could be an increase to your premium. My monthly cost has increased twice because of their mistakes. The two stars is for the ladies at this location that respond quickly to all questions. Follow up to response: Ms Berumen, I emailed you on February 12, 2026 after the first correction and you responded. Today after looking at the renewal policy, I noticed another inconsistency and messaged your office. After speaking with someone from your staff, we determined my gender was also incorrect. Hence the review.

  My home and auto insurance carrier for many years now and for good reason. All personal are very courteous, responsive and respectful on every interaction and meet all of my requirements. If you need a carrier I highly recommend their services!

  Moved to the area recently, transferring insurance coverage from my old carrier. My rates were higher and was advised of an upcoming rate increase. Call the Berumen agency to get a quote. They responded within 5 minutes, asked all the right coverage questions, and even suggested additional coverage. Saved me over 2k yearly total. Would recommend!!! 5 stars…..
